POWER OF ATTORNEY 1. What is a Power of Attorney? A legal document that allows one party to designate another party to act on behalf of the party creating the document. A Power of Attorney can be very general or strictly limited. 2. Why can't I just use a form? You can, but there are many pitfalls.
